– Have you ever had conflicts with co-workers before and if so how did you handle it?

The interviewers not only want to see how you handle there questions they want to get to know you and your personality. It’s important to stay confident throughout your entire interview.

I made sure that by the end of my interview they knew I had people skills, prioritized patient care, liked working on a team, had ideas on how to improve nursing, and was eager to learn and be given the opportunity to show them they would make the right choice by hiring me.

Lastly, smile often and make good eye contact.
