Three weeks have gone by! To be honest, this week was a little rough for me. My back has been hurting, my eye lids have been twitching, and my anxiety has been increasing. During some of my lectures I totally felt out of it. I felt bad for sitting in the front row and looking so disinterested.
Next week, I will have my first exam in foundations. I honestly feel like I am getting the information, and when I review the notes I comprehend it, but I can’t seem to shake off my anxiety for this upcoming exam. The first exam in any class is always nerve wrecking. This is when you figure out the teacher’s testing style, and arg not knowing is driving me nuts! We have gone through a lot of material, and I am not sure how detailed these exams are. I know the courses I am taking are basic so I am hoping if I know the basics I am on the right track. Anyways, what ever happens during this first exam I will learn from it and do my best to do better.
Anyways, I think I have been doing a good job in keeping up with everything. I have even had some time to workout with a class mate. As for my eating, that also has been improving. Since my school is an hour a way I pack my lunchbox with a lot of little treats and fruits.
I do need to get back to working out every day, but committing to that right now is a little difficult. Hopefully in a few weeks I will get things together.
This week we have practiced more vital signs and range of motion lab work. 🙂
Anyways, let me get back to studying!
